Holy Knight Ricca is amazing and really stands out but the pace is a bit slow, especially with the long cut scenes

Lab Underground and Lab Still Alive, sometimes I go back to these simply for its simplicity.


There are some that I tried but simply don't have time to go back to them or did not quite hit the mark.

Still trying to look for more.

For example: Dancing Reaper, Ayura Crisis

The savefiles are in your AppData: AppData\LocalLow\B-flat
And it makes a new folder for every version, hooray

there is lot sidescrolling H game since 2013, old circle release such style neone1, sofhouseseal, whitepeach,elithheart,marastudio and kanetsu.

Anyone else notice the game seems to be a lot buggier with more recent updates? Seems to freeze a lot more, especially if you click out of the game at any point, it's a shame because the dev is so good at this genre, but the performance is getting worse

This is by no means an exhaustive list, and it's just strictly side-scrollers - there are so many I've played and forgotten for probably good reason - others I simply can't remember right now, and yet more that didn't take my particular fancy. I wonder if anyone here remembers Nightmare Sphere

Some of them have threads here and/or on ULMF, the more recent games in particular. Most of the eastern ones you can find by searching on DLSite. Downloads may be on otomi-games, anime-sharing, or torrents on nyaa. Many of them are old enough that most/all links will have expired. Your best bet is seeing if there are threads about them on Anime-Sharing and asking for a re-upload. Let me know if you have trouble finding info on any of them.

iirc there are two entrances shortly after taking the hanging cage ride over the pit of infected. one at the bottom inside of the ruins, and one to the right of the tadpole puddles past those ruins

iirc development on dungeon sanctuary has slowed down due to internal disputes with his programmer over the programmer wanting to cut content for a faster release.

It's difficult to like this game fully when its animations are done with Esoteric Software's Spine 2D. Too rigid and unnatural like so many other games that use it. That being said, I'm glad 100wang is still doing its CG art, like he did for Agnietta.
