1) talk with the alchmist in the spire west of 2nd lantern, he will ask you to bring living flying cock
2) find flying cock, make it attached to the breasts and go the alchemist with it

Posted the changelog for 0.17 in an earlier post of mine. Since the dev was dealing with personal stuff it only added 1 CG.
