N/A means not applicable. A changelog is always applicable unless literally nothing changes. People should put TBA/TBD. That is a far more fitting placeholder when the updater does not know.
Windows things generally save the same on Linux, just in the /home/username/.wine/drive_c/users/username folder.
It can also mean "not available". Whoever shared the new version should include the changelog, and whoever updates the first post, and uploads to the mirrors there, should then put the changelog there regardless.
The recent version added some background NPCs in town with a tiny amount of dialogue for each, and potentially a future quest/sidequest/H event with Sapphyra and/or Vita with humans as partners I think. Though in this version it's either broken at the quest location or only written for the start. Beyond that it doesn't seem there is any more H content besides the Crawling Colza CGs (resist/willing).

I vaguely recall that you can fiddle around with your graphics card or display settings to change the scaling options, best google it.

Tbf widescreen issues like cutting off portions of the image are very common with Unity games, even when they let you choose resolution. You should just change your display resolution to regular from desktop display settings while playing these.
I know it's a hassle and for any bigger game companies it's a deal breaker for me. But H-games are made by enthusiastic amateurs, indies and tiny studios. I'd never expect them to spend effort on something that only affects a tiny fraction of the players, they have enough on their hands as it is. c:
Bug- Trying to exit and then re-enter Blackberry Dale crashes the game 99/100 times. I don't know what the one time it worked was caused by.
