Yeah and it doesn't bode well for the future either. I was very hyped for this project after playing Agnietta (the prequel) but this here is very basic and to this day since release still plays like a demo instead of a full product.

The save location in the game files isn't where the game actually checks / loads saves from. I haven't confirmed, but it seems like its just for easier copy and pasting. The actual save location is:
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\LocalLow\B-flat
There will be a list of every game version you've played there. Note that the AppData folder is hidden by default, but typing in the address should work fine.
Well, if nothing else there may be a skill issue with how you handled extracting the game. There are also issue with not knowing details, like what operating system you're using since that can make a HUGE difference in bug fixing.
Assuming you're on windows, here's some things to check.
First, did you actually extract the game? Not extracting the game causes issues. If so, did you extract the game to the default windows or programs folders? Extracting games there can cause issues. Have you updated your drivers, OS, exc? What program did you use to extract the files? Depending on the program it can mess up non-latin alphabet characters. In particular for older versions of windows you need to switch to both japanese / chinese localization and non-unicode settings. The most recent versions of windows don't have issues with this, but some extraction programs still cause issues.
i know very well how to extract thanks tho, i've been coding and working with system probably longer then most here have been out of diaper. issue i traced to a line that malware and virus scanners didnt like. bypassed and tried game and not the best of control set up poorly thought out control set up instead of using mouse based using key so deleted game its not enough content or sufficient content to worry about for the hassle of the layout

This territory? I've researched everything here, and if you're talking about the hatch in the next screenshot, I haven't found anything there either...
Skill issue, go left and down, then right and you'll get the "research" he's talking about. There's an item you can pick up which triggers the tentacle panties relic.
I've been through this before, and I finally managed to take them off, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get to the basement in the Alchemist's tower.

Seems I have downloaded a limited version. (I don't know if there is a link with the full version available) Yet It's an amazing game with nice mechanics integration.

If you already has the panties relic than get what he want, i think it was a monster that look like flying d*ck at sewer he want. Go grab that and bring it to him, than the basement will open.
