Download the patch bro then extract it and it should be as like this ** \La Vitalis Immortal Loss-Beta0.30.1(UC)\ImmortalLoss_Data\StreamingAssets ** as you see the patch aka the file needs to be inside a folder called **StreamingAssets ** in the ImmortalLoss_Data and it should work

i thought so , but nothing on the protection history , are they deleting it without telling the user ?
Why don't you try running the exe in a sandboxed environment? Sandboxie is free and pretty easy to use
Update, had my AV have a look at the files. Using eset the livegrid temporarily blocked some files for further analysis but said they were safe to use after.
