Concerning the game: I like the lab idea, I like the girls ... what I don't like is the gameplay. Moving around should be fun in a sandbox/open world game. But here it's not, it feels like work. That is not a good sign.

At the start of the game, after meeting the twins, the MC supposedly says "Go and find a job! Or I'll kick ya in the nuts this time.", then says "Ok, I'll write it down in my calendar." Either that's a two way conversation that's mislabelled, or the MC has multiple personalities.

Sorry mate but it's really bad. English is broken, even for somebody like me who has english as second language, models are mediocre, dialogue doesn't make sense. I tried it and had to ALT + F4 after reading what "Maid" said to MC at the beginning. It's like badly written essay from 4th grader.

Ok ... I could live with the ugly models or the bad writing, but as soon as it started with free roam I deleted this. We really need that tag ...

And yeah - I like big tits - even humongous tits ... but they have to be well done. And not this ... what ever this is.

When I decided to set the relationship of the girl in blue to 'sister' (which it asked me to confirm again - that's a nice touch if it alters conversation properly), she will address the player as 'sister' when talking to her in her room in the evening (it was quite difficult to notice that she was in the room).
As others have touched on, moving around in a porn game can quickly become a chore and kill the mood. While I didn't really feel its effects in this short demo, the whole moving around thing are my main dislikes with games like Man of The House and Milfy City. One of those allow you to quick hop to any room in the house though, and that helps a bit.
Anyway, while I noticed some spelling mistakes, that part of it wasn't too bad. I have to admit I didn't read all the dialogue carefully, but I've seen much worse.
