I've been playing the game off and on for 2 or 3 years (however long the game has been mature enough to be playable), and I am familiar with how the uniform management works. Check the screenshots I attached to my previous post. Things are enabled correctly.
You say that, yet you don't have any boxes checked for any of the departments to actually wear said uniforms. The right half of the screens you posted say "used by" and then lists the 5 departments. Check the box for which of the departments you want to actually wear that uniform.

In the screenshots all departments are selected for both overwear and underwear. When you add an outfit all of the boxes are green, which I assume is unselected. When you click them they turn gray, which I assume is selected (what you're calling "checked"). In my screenshot all of the boxes for each department are gray, and none of them are green. Unless every box is selected automatically when you add an outfit, then I've selected things correctly.

Edit: I just reversed all of the boxes for shits and giggles, and now the outfits work. I don't remember Vren's versions selecting everything by default like that.

Development recommendation: The game should use actual check marks instead of different colored boxes to show when a box is "checked" to avoid confusion.

In a world where green means off and grey means selected, one man continues his quest to be a salty arse and tell people how stupid they are before following their suggestions.

Is there a way to accelerate pregnancy even more? The pregnancy acceleration serums just aren't good enough.
Eh, indirectly sort of. Are you at Tier 3 where you get +1 progress per tick, or still at Tier 2 where it is +1 progress per day. I'll assume Tier 3 and +1/tick still isn't fast enough. Have you considered just making your unfortunate target guzzle a liter-a-cola worth of serums? The effects can stack, so basically a girl forced to down 10 serums with +1 progress/tick and an extended release that is good for 7 turns would progress about 71 days worth of pregnancy in 1 day. She'll be unhappy about it due to being over her serum tolerance, but it'll happen all the same. If she isn't an employee or in a relationship with you, the happiness hit will really not matter much, and will eventually work towards neutral again in a few days. And if she is an employee or you care about her happiness, give her some Os and she'll be all good.

LT Serum Traits mod adds a Benign Reaction effect which give the recipient +1 serum tolerance, so you can do the above trick and the excessive serums in her system won't cause huge happiness penalties. Serum accelerate in this mod makes effects work twice as fast, while serum collapser makes them instantaneous, so either can accelerate effects even faster. If you're frugal, you can also do a self-replicating serum trait in your serum so that the effects last longer and thus you need to use less serum to achieve the effect. Each good baby factory "woman" popping out a brat a week is good enough for your empire, no?

For those that don't want girls to drink fertility serum every time, the console command to change their fertility is, the_person.fertility_percent = X (change X to the number that you want her fertility to be)

Is there a way to stop your staff from barging in to cheerlead when you're fucking someone at your business? It kind of ruins the illusion of being their boss when they treat you like a porn actor that's there for their entertainment.
But I'm fine with it, I have a plenty girls in my harem mansion about 200+(included mom, lil sis, aunt & cousin) now and I hope more of it something more like while my MC having threesome, foursome or moresomes with my harem members and I want some more girls barging in to cheerlead, or masturbating themselves while watching, some of them are waiting for their turns to get fuck from my MC

New to this game. Since the wiki is apparently down, can someone plz provide a short starting strategy, just a few pointers what to focus on in early game. As it is now, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I love discovering new games mechanics, but this is just all over the place for me.

The gameplay loop is a balance between researching, wooing/corrupting/manipulating, sexing, and exploring.
This is governed by money, clarity, and energy.

You have to sex the ladies in order to get Clarity, which is used to unlock research.
You have to research in order to get better serums, which is used to sex the ladies. Better serums and better staff also = better profits.
You have to explore to find new ladies, because there is a mechanic to make sexing the ladies more stale/boring over time, so you gain less clarity. This makes sense because, once you have used serums and small talk to make sexxing a lady easy, you could just get easy clarity all the time. There are also prostitutes, so you can swap money for clarity.
Max energy can be increased through the gym. Stephanie (IIRC), your initial researcher, will prompt you to find the gym at some point (again, IIRC - but I'm pretty sure the game won't let you miss the gym, because getting more max energy is important. More energy = more flirting and more sexxing, and sexxing to multiple orgasms is important to manipulate the ladies).

I learned the game by using the cheat functions (see the bottom of the screen) to make things easier, in particular with energy. You can really work on some ladies (your family, your initial employees etc.) with energy through small talk and flirting in order to gain clarity more quickly.
You can also cheat to unlock research options, and level them up to reduce side effects.
It's preferable to avoid cheating individual lady love and lust variables once you get the hang of the game, though, as moving too fast through the game can break story events.
You can also cheat changing opinions of the ladies, which is far faster than orgasming them into being manipulable, but it does ruin the fun of the game to some extent.

Thank for the clear and comprehensive tips.
I guess I'm most confused by the serum manufacturing. I need to
1. Research
2. Design serum (combine the research outputs). This is where I don't know what I'm doing. Just combine randomly?
3. Produce product
4. Sell product
Is that correct?

After two weeks of research, I'm more or less out of money, with just 3 employees, Stephanie, Sarah, and a random. And not anywhere near designing a product, let alone produce anything that can be sold.
So, more of a money managing problem than anything else.

Prioritise designing a simple serum to sell for money, early on. That doesn't cost money, only clarity points and research time.
Then produce it (yourself, you won't have staff), market it in the marketing room (yourself, again), and sell it (you can set the production line to auto sell serums over X amount, including 0. Selling all the time increases supply and depresses prices, so it's better to sell in bulk when the price has gone up).

Use the cheat menu (see bottom of screen) to add money in order to be able to get out of your situation. You'll learn how to play the game from there.

One thing to add to these tips is that hitting 100% attention isn't the end of the world. There are some fun events associated with it.

Normally an early design you can make early on is basic medicine, energy and high capacity. You can learn to make it early on with just Stephanie working and once you get a version without horrible side effects it usually sells well.

Sarah should be added (assuming standard speed) around the beginning of the second week.

Lily is your early money. Get her sluttiness and love up until you unlock the ability to help her with instatpics. Helping her twice a day will net you 100 dollars cash flow a day early on. That can maintain two employees with little bleed while your early game is getting set up.

Make sure your second priority if Ophelia. She unlocks the named unique supply character and the quest line to hire her takes a lot of time.

Camila let's you set up your leveling bonuses. Use her to set your goals to something you can easily get done repeatability.

For sex stats I suggest flirting and causing a person an orgasm. You should get the amount of flirting done in a day to unlock a point and then each morning recycle the orgasm goal for the flirting goal. This gets you points quickly and is reliable. Use points to Max out your energy first then foreplay is usually the next thing you want to max. Oral after as eating someone out is cheap and gives a good return.

Your job stats goals should be set to sell serum and create a uniform. The first is self explanatory as you will scale up production decently early on and at time be able to chain doing these two goals multiple times a day. Creating a uniform is setting a new one to your company... I have never seen it exceed 3 and if you remove previously existing ones and them replace them it counts. Mind you it will need to be three different uniforms not just 1 uniform 3 times I am assuming it does the check on what was added not what is existing.

Your main stats (int, cha, foc) goals I do not have a good stable strategy to get done. They also like job stats likely will become pointless once you get the ball rolling as you likely won't be doing normal jobs at your business. You will be seducing, hiring, testing new serums on people and designing new serums.

As a rule of thumb late game you want around an equal amount of people in supplying and production. Supply normally gets more resources than a single person in production will use but production has multiple multiplicative buffs which uses more supply. Make sure your supply ceiling is higher than what the supply department can pull in during a turn.

There are two schools of thought on HR. Either get just enough to cover the loss your number of employees will cause or go over so hopefully you will get a surplus which might give you above 100% efficiency and scale all of your workers. I normally stick to around the same number of them as I do for the previous departments but you numbers of scientists and marketing can make you need more.

Scientists are the one job that after a certain point becomes basically meaningless. Once you have unlocked all of the serum traits and gotten their side effect chance down to basically nothing they only give you clarity points and can research new designs. I normally either max out at 5 or plan to convert most to marketing later. I have been doing cheat runs lately so I need to see if those numbers still hold well but eventually this will likely be your smallest department.

Marketing is the life of your company full stop mid to late game. They are the biggest limiting factor in your ability to make money in the game. They also can be used in the strip club once slutty enough to double as all of your staff there on the same paycheck. Once you have your surefire best serum for normal money making you can even have them be your production for that via serum lactation. Once you have a solid base for your other departments have every other job slot be in this one.

When designing serums check "Expected profit" in Serum statistics on the right. For tier 0 easiest one to kickstart the business is Hair Bleach/Darkening Serum. You can research trait, create serum and research design to start production within the first week. Before finalizing design research You can save scum to prevent getting flaws or even to get some random benefit and profit increase.
On tier 0 with High Capacity Design + High Concentration Drugs + 3rd trait You can get serums with 90+$ profit per unit. High Capacity is guaranteed (200% chance) side effect that with positive trait *cough* save scumming *cough* can increase it further.

For faster character development from Goals List (Camila - Lifestyle Coach) get:
Stat Goals - Stable Income, Work-a-day
Work Goals - Practical Chemistry, Master of Logistics ... Brave New World and Face of the Business is also good.
