The next stable update is unknown. They usually occur after either a large number of changes have occurred or a major storyline has been added. Minor updates happen decently regularly.
More specifically, the next major update is targeted for before then end of this month (Dec 25-31).

I have no access to the what is being worked on thread of Starbuck in discord, but if remember right from remarks Starbuck made, we get a pretty big rework of Norah's path that will also include new date options in bar with other girls when unlocked, more policies to make having public sex legal, some Camilla stuff and as Norah is focus likely also some changes surrounding interns and University and possibly some work on the kaya/Norah hookup that was suggested earlier. (Though last might be later updates).
I remember there was some talk about this on discord some time ago. Was either in mod help or mod bugs I think. There used to be a command to reveal a girls home by command in this thread or of original game, but that command might have been changed, as it seems to be removed from the cheats.

I never knowingly installed any mod other than when the script asks me to include them. As far as I know that's just the complete beta version which comes with Kina, Kaden and LR2R. Looking a bit around the files I've seen references to Yuno in the LR2R VTPersonalities folder yandere_personality but that's it. Haven't figured out how to search for within the files for .RPY files.

yeah that's a known bug where you move a story char into the mansion if their storyline requires a home location. I pushed this to Discord in bugs. Hopefully Trist figures out something easy, as this is actually an old one since mansion existed.
Thanks for getting Trist's attention. Looks like Trist added a block to moving story characters to harem mansion by players before their story is finished in latest git updates. Unfortunately will not help people that already did, unless they have an older save, but should with newest version make sure people do not lock themselves out of progress.
