Ok thx and I hope they add a more rounded and a bit chubbier version you don't see that much and I think it brings a unique variety to the game. But so far it's a great game and I love it. Keep up the good work.
Weird, but I don't understand how to read the change notes. I only see several fixes, but nothing about what was actually added.
Anybody else have it where time wont pass? I can click any time event, but it wont actually progress from early morning to the next phase of the day. Is there a way to fix a save so time will work again?

Sort of. The only new "scenes" in terms of events were with Kaya. Their lead writer makes events in their free time but they had a major shift in career and weren't able to work on it much over the past few months. But every single addition to the code technically applies to every character in the sandbox and they do more than bug fix. Pretty sure this has already been posted, but here it is again.

Also, new city council stuff in policies, which may just be a different implementation of previous stories, but still.
On PC, I had to keep mouse pointer over box while using keyboard. Hope helps.
Probably not; there have been a LOT of code updates that will try to reference things that don't (and can't, since they're created on game initialization) exist in the new version.
