By the way, in order to remove the terrible ai art (or replace them) you can find all of them (at least so far as i can tell) under:
lofg-2.0\scriptImages\ending
lofg-2.0\scriptImages\monsters
lofg-2.0\scriptImages\scripts
As far as i know, all of the ones in the scriptImages\scripts folders are just images and not any scripting or anything like that.

If you want to remove them, you can just delete them and the game seems to run fine.
In theory, if you want to replace them, you should be able to just put in the images you want and give them the same name as the images youre replacing. ezpz. Not sure if theres any dimensions restrictions. That said if you put in 4k textures everywhere, it might slow the game down. (damn thing chugs as it is)

I would LOVE to figure out how to adjust the tiny ass UI text though!

However deleting these seems to break the game. I think this is largely due to it being a toggle.

Will 2nd this, base version doesn't play hardly at all and kemono hasn't updated since 1.45 that I've seen.

When starting a game, which monster category do I have to disable to get rid of the massive number of spellcasters? They just aren't fun to play against because they can cast at you from off screen and increasing the screen size makes everyone else easier the moment you get a ranged spell.

If youre having issues with spell casters, I dont think this game is for you bud :T
Last i had checked nearly every enemy has spells that they can cast. Most of them dont have a proper ball of magic visual, because its an insta effect spell. And yeah, a lot of them can cast the moment they see you, even the instas.

brings up a good problem this game has... and one of the reasons i disable mushrooms. something like saving throws would be a bandage in the right direction, a more proper fix would be also making instants be 1-2 tiles in range given they currently have a lot busted effects. seriously if you want to play this game legit you basicly need to cheese, spam a ranged damaging spell from across the map put on a cupa joe and wait.

I'm more meaning the trixes, though I do disable the mushrooms by default as well given that it seems hitting them automatically transforms you with no save.

Mushrooms are a pain but unless dealing with a Mushroomatrix or w/e thye are not much of an issue to me, however, I would love to have the latex monsters split from whatever category they are with, because it's very hard to come back from getting latexed.

From what i vaguely remember, i havent played enough to actually deep dive, there are saving throws. You have a chance to resist effects, and some effects have a build up meter thats not shown as well, and i believe this can also be made to be more resistant.
The problem with this damn game is that every mechanic in it is obtuse, barely explained (if its explained at all), and those explanations are hidden behind a clunky help menu that feels like it was written early in its development and never updated. So how the saving throws actually function is entirely unknown to me. I just remember that spells could be resisted at some capacity.
Not that resisting helps when you got something tfing you from across the map with an insta, as by the time you find them/get to them, youre transformed.

On my singular successful playthrough, i didnt really cheese, i just built domination/humiliation to get better 'living' items with powerful effects or spells that i could use. Chastity helped a ton to negate pleasure damage too.

Hm... seems kemono took a crap and cannot load the page for this game on their site anymore. Anyone got a potential download for the newest version? While I would like the full, I can understand if people are only willing to share the patreon version. Do wonder what the mission mode does nowadays, though.

I waited a bit, because the other full version was bugged, especially the mission. This is the very last one.
Also, here's the patch note for 1.50. The v1.50.1 (the one im sharing) is just a dialog fix.

just checked, seems kemono is loading it again... granted the latest version on there is 1.49 patreon and they are up to 1.50.1

Check my previous post I shared. It was under moderation but now it seems pubblished. ;) Also, Kemono looks down for me, atm. :unsure: But yes, it had only the v1.49 patreon version.
