There's 1 set of pregnant CGs (and even those look more like sprites). They're in a wedding dress. I'd say it's fair to assume this is ending only pregnancy.

For those wondering the pubic hair can be turned off thankfully. It really is an excessive depiction of it but the dev put an option in the game to turn it off. Win Win for everyone.

Seems like this is likely a pregnancy-ending-only type game seeing how this game has multiple endings as stated by the in-game guide, has a time limit of one year and lacks a sex stats screen that would suggest pregnancy being a regular thing. Yikes... another L for us preggo fans.
