There's 1 set of pregnant CGs (and even those look more like sprites). They're in a wedding dress. I'd say it's fair to assume this is ending only pregnancy.

I haven't played the game yet, and I only played the first three games, but I believe the dev has a pattern for making the previous games have some impact on his next games.

The developer's Cien page is in the first post, which is basically patreon. You can see when they post, translate the public posts, exc. Their last post was July 20th, but the quick look I took only shows August 2025 for their next game.
