Use Locale Emulator and Run in Japanese. Same for Lagoon Lounge 3 and for most japanese games that usually won't run.

Also, this game is a sequel to the first release of Lagoon Lounge, not the steam release. So the new character isn't in here. The initial version of Lagoon Lounge also had the shota route that you get to see in Lagoon Lounge 3.
