It is, if you look at their art in full resolution you can see the brush strokes where they painted over errors in the AI gen because the AI gen is lower resolution than the canvas they use.Is it just me, or does anyone else think their art looks kind of AI? Maybe it's just me
Which is a shame since they started out as an actual artist. I mean I get it, it’s easier and produces a product of similar, if slightly lower quality, but it just rubs me the wrong way. Also, is it kind of a gray area if the AI they use is trained on their own art?It is, if you look at their art in full resolution you can see the brush strokes where they painted over errors in the AI gen because the AI gen is lower resolution than the canvas they use.
As far as I can tell it isn't even trained on their own art. You can compare their pre-AI pregnant Ruby set against their obviously AI version to really see the difference. From what I've been told part of the reason they're probably doing this is because they have some sort of illness that was getting in the way of making art in a timely manner but this is just hearsay from someone I know who had been subscribed to their patreon since 2022 or so.Which is a shame since they started out as an actual artist.
