Pregnancy is actual mechanic, but only happen in the dungeon.
For me is one of the best pregnant games, with belly x-ray with the fetus inside, and the conversation is change depens on status and corruption

Well I don't know why combat tag is add, as much as play there's nothing like combat instead it's like anomaly game but instead boarding train you choose between red and blue door if you wrong you will get H scene and each bullet on your pistol represent your life (which is 7) if you run out then it's game over and don't worry as long as you still have bullet you will not game over just you need to start from 1st floor and I guess 5th floor determined your ending, be it success or failure escape
