so I got from the description that there is an online element, and I was wondering if you could just play it offline, this looks good, but I'm skittish to sign up for anything to play this, and I don't want other people to mess up my shit if I did play it

You can play without an account, completely anonymously. But the game needs internet to get game data.

So I played the game a few times. Overall is very well made and interesting to play.
Kudos to creators/developers team.
I'd like to share some of the achievements which I have not complete and see if anyone can share the progress as well, or knows how to improve/finish.
Best result is: 91.41% (is 100 possible?)

Finished all except the following:
Home Sweet Home 0% (Cannot get sofa. I got the sofa at the shop for 25,000, but quest is still incomplete
)
Alina's Secret 53% (no idea how to develop a film)
Quest #30 not started (don't know what it is)
Quest #33 not started (don't know what it is)
Olya is well settled 56% (cannot get more events with her)
Opposition CARMA 31% (not sure how to complete, or it's not developed yet)
Opposition New Post 17% (not sure how to complete, or it's not developed yet)
Treasure Map 50% (no clue how to find something at Railway Station, or it's not developed yet)
Kidnapping of Dasha 70% (I know it's not developed yet to the end)
Girl From a Fairy Tail 96% (almost done, not sure what I missed). Would she be finally kicked out of the house?

The Thirteenth Floor - totally puzzled. It says "do not look at the road signs, do not stop". How? Maybe do not pick up girls at the road to Lisburg? I got to try that....

I do not like the fact, that missions go on in real time. You have to play a game for months to achieve something.
I do not have that much patience.
So I cheated. Set the mission. Go to your system time and change it to couple of days ahead. Come back and mission is complete. Set the system time back to normal.

This build has a lot of updates to different game systems. Some of them will start working in the rest of our games as well. There are also some new items.
I’ll clarify right away that the game’s auto-update system is now moving to new servers (for some regions it may not work at this time). But you can, as usual, download the full client from the links on the website.
As already mentioned earlier, now we are working on updating the first days and the office where the main hero worked. Perhaps this is the last build when you can meet Olga there. But the angry boss is no more, a new girl has taken her place, and some events can now go differently.
Another event not to be missed is the seasonal multiplayer event at the Casino. Playmate Karen has become available again, and will stay in the PromZone until the end of the month. The event itself received a new mechanic and will now be held twice a year, in March and September.
Another novelty is a new system for catching bugs. If your game suddenly freezes, it will automatically send an error code to the bug tracker. So hot fixes will be released even faster. But, as before, you can do it manually on the website.
The Quests List has been updated. Some tasks received additional tips, or were updated for the latest changes in the game.

Been a long time supporter of the game, do you think it will ever be finished, have dropped out of the subscribing for now as see no sense in going back and changing stuff that was already OK (IMHO) before finishing some of the key details, will check the game again in 6 months or so - must admit love the game but frustrated that no end in sight.
The game already has an ending. More options will be added, but to understand everything, you will need to try other characters and find out their stories.

That "Skip" button appears for less than a second after loading and pressing it immediately doesn't do anything. Pressing that area after preessing "log in" doesn't do anything either.

Then you are already logged into the game under your account. Click Log out in the game launcher.
Well, yes there is an ending - of sorts, not going to spoil it for others, I do not want to play the other games was under the impression that would not have too, my gripe is that you are going back and changing early parts of the game when many paths are still very incomplete, and for example you replaced the apartment with a cartoonish replacement but also decided to not retain the fuurnishings that were already bought, so requiring that a full restart pretty much is required. I am bowing out of this game now, hope you enjoyed the support that you have had over the years and would just like to wish you good luck for the future.

I guess I'm joining the people asking for the guide to be reuploaded, the game is way too jarring and kinda disjointed for me to play without one. I get the impression the game is pretending to be a sandbox, with the maps and everything being able to be visited in some kinda order, but at the same time I get that you need to follow a specific set of steps to do things "correctly" and I have no idea what that is.
