Yep. Facehuggers in this game attach themselves to victim's ass or face and merge with it, becoming part of the host and starting to transform them while corrupting them.

The new unity version seems to be missing a lot from the original demo. No sound, lesser scenes (unless I've missed them), missing certain enemies. Hopefully, the game gets picked up again and isn't abandoned.
