It was a pain in the ass but i fixed the Title screen. patch below just extract the files and drag and drop into the game directory. Please let me know if you find anything else not translated, if you give me a screenshot I can try and find and fix it.

Does anyone else experience a program called cliploger appearing when starting the game? Is this normal?

If you want just to unlock the scenes use RPG Maker Save Editors - Advanced- then switches and look for 01 H to 53 H
