I just wanted to see the end of Hypnosis route. Fuck my luck, now that it's abandoned I will never get to see it.

The Abandoned prefix doesn't necessarily mean that the developer gave up on their project. It's more of a status check for forum users when they're looking over numerous threads to quickly see the state of things to see the relative health of a project -- akin to whether they're on-hold or completed. It's completely independent of the dev's intentions (so they might still be actively working on it) BUT it does often mean that a dev has failed to leave meaningful progress updates on their public crowdsourcing sites and that the game has not been updated for quite a while. Sometimes when devs see their respective project threads get tagged on this site it mysteriously spurs many of them to suddenly post a progress update or even drop an actual project update... Weird, right? ^^"
Ah anyway, the point was that Latina Slutwife Trainer may still be being worked on by the dev, RandomGamerMofo, so it's still possible to see what might happen next in your desired hypnosis route. The thread being tagged as abandoned just means that there's been no news or an update for a long time is all. So, continue to hope for the best. Cheers!

I want to believe that everything is fine with the developer and that he is safe and sound, but he has not been in touch for a very long time, it's hard to believe.

Maybe this page should be labeled "on hold" rather then abandoned. Is that something we can do or the creator needs to do?

If you are too worried about the copyright aspect, make the media file a fan mod. That's a pretty frequently used tactic to circumvent such issues.
Being an adult video game developer has got to be the most dangerous job in the world, the amount of developers who get sick is insane and it's not 1-2 weeks like for most people who get sick but its 3-6 month drop off the planet levels of sick.
