This has happened to me twice today. It has happened before as well. It happened on Futanari Quest and Milf's Villa. The issue is, that whenever i try to launch the one of the games, it only opens a slightly abnormal version of file explorer. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to fix this?

Guessing they're RPGM MV, try playing and/or extracting them in a less populated folder.
Moving the file location worked! I suspect it may have something to do with the name of the folder too. I have everything in a folder named "#Games", so it stays at the top. I tried multiple locations and the game would work in other locations, even if it had a large amount of files. Maybe RPGM MV doesn't like symbols in the folder name?

Very likely. I use exactly the same folder name, thought I'd tried it somewhere else (full of folder) but could be wrong.
