A bit of both. There are 2365 1080p WebP images in the EP2 update - that's a substantial number.
Unfortunately, something must've gone wrong with the conversion from PNG to WebP, and every static shot is ~1 MB.

I did some tests on the source material (courtesy of MisterMaya <3), and even on 100q WebP, the largest image was less than 500 KB, with most hovering around 300-350 KB. So, if all goes well, the final size of the EP2 update will be reduced by 50-60% without a hit to quality.

The more I play this game the higher Rose climbs in the rankings, right now i'm torn between her and Miranda as my favorite.

Yeah, Rose was my primary target in EP1 but if the start of her path is after Miranda's then tough luck, because Miranda is my current favorite.

Yeah that's fair, I can think of 3 scenes off the top of my head where it's strongly hinted at, and a few iffy ones where you see the mc checking rose out when she isn't looking. I'd say it's almost guaranteed that she'll be an option later in the game.

Just finished the update. The best part of the update for me was definitely the MC and

Yeah Rose better be a Li, she was always my fav, I hope for a big breakthrough next episode, don't want to have to wait too long for a scene with her.

Elsa and Olive are real close near the top though.

MisterMaya said there was 6 LI and then he said he was adding three more. This render at the end of the original Episode 1 would seem to indicate who those 9 are.
