For now there isn't enough content to need a guide. Go through the intro, when you get to the city there are various little things to see. To get the only lewd scene in the game so far, when you meet the innkeeper don't mention the paladin order or religion when you introduce yourself. Then ask if she needs help, go through her quest, talk to her again and flirt with her.

There is no content for Illiam yet, the game is still in the very first version. A scene with him is planned for the next version! For now you can only see him that first time.
