it's not a game rather it's an experience. A very bittersweet one. I will remember this game for the rest of my life, it feels like. This game touched many dark as well as wonderful parts of life. Shout out to drifty for creating this gem and sharing it with us.

This was a very powerful story.

I dated someone like Cece and this game very accurately depicts what it's like for someone with those thoughts. Really awesome job getting it both correct and presenting it in a good way.

Scene quality is not the best and short at times, but it is kind of expected given when the game was created, I do expect the devs next VN to have much improved scenes.

My biggest issue is the game branches WAY TOO EARLY, having to pick knowing basically nothing about Steph is the biggest offence, but it was honestly too early to commit to any character at that point. Yes I can play the game 6 times, but the first play through is the most powerful one, and subsequent playthroughs are not going to have the same feeling.

I still think this game deserves 5 stars and I am excited for the devs next game, and hopefully we see an improvement in scene quality + quantity and better branching

One of the best games I have ever played, mostly because of the story which was hard hitting, sprinkled with some goofy stuff and good scenes! I can see me playing it again in a few years and have a great experience all over again.

Gameplay: 5/5 – Basic Renpy gameplay, but the choices do matter and change the story dramatically.
Story: 5/5 – One the best part about this game.
Graphics: 4 – Good graphics, locales are made well, and the character models are very nice. Just a bit samey to many other games.
Music: 5/5 – Great music, matches the setting well.
Animation: 4/5 – Good animations, could be more fluid.
Fappability: 5/5 – Could be more scenes based on the length of the game, but overall really good.

Great game, well worth your time

One of the best games in this site, it's has everything...It's a lot different than everything you will find here. Great story you keep reading and not wanting to end. It may seem like there is just a few erotic scenes but It has more, it has feelings and life examples.

One of the best dramatic scripts in an AVN, and with high production values too. The first game I've played where I go back to the non-sexual scenes again and again to relive them. It doesn't quite escape porn tropes, but wouldn't be a large edit to get to a story that would be plausible as a mainstream feature.

Regardless of your specific choices, the story is about a group of people (6-7 women and 2 men) who become great friends over an amazing summer. The plot is mostly driven by Lexi and Cece. Lexi is a great person and continuous good vibes; her exciting life and generosity provide much of the story's framework. CeCe is a wild ride that alternates between highs of sublime sweetness and emotional rock bottom, You will, at the very least, be very emotionally intimate platonic friends with Cece, and the beats of that relationship are likely to be what you remember about the game long afterward.

The other women have some subplots that provide genuine entertainment value. There is unrequited love and healthy dose of comic relief. They are likable enough that you will feel bad about not picking them romantically.

So who should you pick romantically? I would start with Cece, unless you really aren't into her at all. The surprises will hit harder with additional emotional layer of romantic love and deserve to have maximum effect on the first play through. But this game has high replay value: picking other women resolves other plot points, and unlocks other scenes, some sexual and some funny or heartwarming.

I purchased on Steam with the walkthrough add-on; it is well worth the money to turn this feature on in a second play-through, as you're unlikely to unlock all the awesomeness without some hints.

But here's a hint: some tasks just naturally complete in the narrative without you choosing anything, but others require you to check your phone and interact with the chat or social media ("Nuke") app. Look very subtle hints from the MC that he is bored or wishes there was a way to do something, and then poke around in those apps.

A wholesome game with fun and composure. Plot is sweet. The multiple ending is no doubt good and feels realistic.
Cece is probably the female protagonist for canon ending and her character arc is delicately written.
A truly big content to hook up up for quite some hours.

This isn't just a game; it's THE GAME, complete with an emotional rollercoaster from joy to despair and back to delight, a terrific tale (unless you're soulless), and enough sex scenes to suit everyone (save those looking for fapping material) and lots of story content. Also, the game has a great repeat value because not everything can be viewed in a single play because each love interest has their unique content. The game offers good visuals and music (at least on older music files), and the sex and non-sex scenes are both nicely done. The only significant drawback is that following this, most adult games feel a little boring.

If there were an adult game hall of fame, this game would belong in it. The story is engaging, the characters are diverse and fleshed out, the renders are beautiful. I really like the way that games from other creators are referenced, as well; the referenced games are all excellent representatives of the genre in their own right and I discovered a few through this game.

One of the best out there for emotional writing. Content warning, there is a suicide attempt, which may bother some people if they are not ready. But it is amazingly well done. Good twists, good adult scenes for someone's first game, and it made me cry.

The sex scenes are good and well-paced between. I couldn't get too into the story for some reason. I can see that this game could be enjoyable but wasn't what I was hoping to get out of it. Overall, a solid game

A game that is so well written and rendered. Pair that with the wonderfully chosen music and the game is amazing, and at times a real heart string tugger. With plenty of lewd options and paths to take it has amazing replay ability, should definitely be on everyone's list to try!

Honestly one of the best adult game I've ever played. It has pretty much everything a great game needs. The animations are great, undoubtably in the top 3 games I've played. The story might be too heavy for some people, but I personally enjoyed it very much. I highly recommand it !

I just finished Leap of Faith and I must say it was quite good, there were plenty of things to gripe about and it certainly could have been more concise of a story but it was overall very well done. The music choice was good, the writing was pretty natural and the renders were great. And yeah the emotional bits were usually really impactful and very few H games have made me tear up like this one did. Thats not to say it was perfect, the game takes it time and it goes on a bit too long honestly, some parts are a bit strange or contrived even by H game standards but thats usually fine. There were also a lot of strange plot threads that either didn't need to be included or should have only been included for certain girls' paths. Still all that in mind it reeled me in and I did enjoy it, I'm looking forward to whatever the author makes next and I hope he improves on this work.

Story:
Story is overall nice even if it requires suspension of disbelief(like all VN's do). The Final chapter does feel a bit rushed, but if it is viewed as an epilogue and not a chapter, than it's good.
Twists and turns feel natural in most cases, tho by the end there are to many coincidences and it does go into perfect fairytale land. Not that I mind, seeing how the game tackles serious real life issues, the lack of bleakness is welcome(Like the author says: This is just a game).

Characters:
The cast is varied, with lots of character types that end up working together. It is somewhat obvious that the "canon" choice is Cece, but overall beside her Lexi stands out as the only new love interest that is polished. Rekindling an old flame is an option too, if someone feels like it.
Their goals and choices make sense, there is an aspect of maturity to them.
Only reason why I give a lower score on characters is because the paths some characters require are not paths I personally would ever chose in life, and such, would never even try out in the game(I have read/watched all the endings).

Emotional/Rational Character believability:
As previously stated, characters feel realistic enough, have real life issues and their choices and issues make sense. How they react to events in the game also feels on point so it is rather easy to get into the game when characters have depth/sense of reality to them.

Style:
Choice of clothes, scenes and all vary and are done with nice detail.
Character proportions are in most cases fine and not absurd so the game doesn't go to crazy with that. The lewd scenes are done with taste, but I would've liked the game without them completely, which says a lot about this game. Overall everything is pleasant on the eyes.

Renders:
Render quality, characters and all are nice and varied.
Animation is solid, tho after playing "Broken Dreamers", I am somewhat spoiled animation wise, haha.

Music:
Heard there was a lot of drama regarding the OST, but overall the song choices and all elevate a lot of the scenes and characters, so it's more than fine.

Overall:
A great game with more than enough likable characters, depth, life lessons and emotional impact. A game that might make you look closer at people around you. That by itself is an amazing feat.

Replay Value:
On a personal level, it has decent replay value but there are paths that I morally don't see myself going in real life, hence I have no interest in trying them in the game.

Ah, this is where the rating system falls down. This game is above average. But some aspects are so frustrating that it becomes hard to rate it "good" as well.

It simply diverges focus too much and tries to soften the impact of some serious topics with rampant implausible scenarios and goofiness.

It would have been a much better game if it focused on maybe 3 love interests, got rid of the celebrity LI, and focused mainly on CeCe.

As it stands now, it sets up cookie cutter scenes with a ton of girls and if you vary your romance path, it just slightly modifies the cookie cutters scenes. Not worth it, avoid the cookie cutter. Just focus on a few girls and give them custom story and scenes.

I'd set aside a whole separate story for an implausible romance with a celebrity. There simply isn't enough set-up story for me to buy that MC treats the celeb as a "regular girl" and she's attracted to that.

The ex-girlfriend's reason for deserting the MC is imaginative but, piled up with all the other implausible scenarios, it just increases the cost of buy-in.

I don't mind the dev covering such serious subject matter. I also don't believe the story had to be completely dark and gritty, the tone can be light(er) if done well and it may even be a necessary thing. I don't believe it was done well with this game.

I don't mind the game not being harem. I think sometimes tough choices about who will be the ultimate LI is fine and can add some fun story drama. But this raw number of LI's dumped suddenly in the MC's lap - too implausible for the target "tone" and "realism" of this story.

If one turns off a good chunk of their brain and goes with one playthrough, it's a serviceable VN.

I have been in this website for over 5 years now and it is my first time reviewing anyting. I played countless vn's, eroges and etc. this was, hands down, best game I have ever played. It was so good that I thought it would be a shame if I didn't review it. Kudos to Drifty and I will be waiting for his next work with so much anticipation. Great work!
