I figured this was a "lose to see scenes" kinda game. So I lost in the intro by repeatedly changing formation and forcing draws till my general was worn out... The game doesn't like that. I don't think it's meant to be possible to lose that early.
Town battles are a bother. You can't lose. The timer is too short and it ends in a draw. Then you immediately regenerate more than you were damaged.

pretty cool game, beat it in like 30 minutes tho, also wish we are on the emperor guy side instead (lose to see sex scene is fucking annoying)
