has been a source of alot of upstart porn games. For a long time they continued to use Playshapes' (the creator) assets. Playshapes himself made a bowsers castle 2 and a Peach (from mario) game, you see the peach model make an appearence in the Legend of Krystal game you have already played.The peach game is especially worth mentioning, because soon after Playshapes released, people started modding it, and they have been working on it ever since, which, yes, means years.
If you have positive memories of the original playshapes stuff, you HAVE TO DROP EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING and go to the legend of krystal forum right now.

Really happy that this game is being made and looking very promising. The original LoK game, all of it's attempted recreations, and the forums were the thing that got me into adult games. For a v0.1 this looks good and most of my issues with it come from it being an early development. It could use a better movement system, having to double click constantly gets old real quick, and it could be less grindy. It gets real old running through the same areas and doing the same task however many times to see the next scene. But I'm sure that'll get better when there's more to do in the town. Also a LoK game doesn't seem right if she's not in the gold slave outfit x'D Can't wait for more of this game.

Does downgrading them make the quality degrade in any way? Is it hard to maintain an atlas for both?

dont worry i have the same problem, he fix that it in the demo and the quality doesnt change for your eye its just some of us we cant run 8k textures so he has to adjust that for ppl with we cant go further than DirectX 9

Happened to me too! Tinker with the settings a bit. Try running in windowed mode and lower graphics. Then don't touch anything and let it load! It'll probably still freeze, but if you wait it out it goes through Might take a minute or two. Hopefully that helps xD
