T!Farah cannot be in the party due to storyline reasons (such as when she's kidnapped). Lose a battle and the Gabrielle scene will play out.

Have you killed 30 Dilizard to spawn the legendary? You also have to move to the next screen right.

You always have to kill 30 normal enemies to let the legendary appear. If you kill 10 you get the slayer title, after 30 the vanquisher title.
Just leave by going right.
You will encounter the legendary in front of you and a bit further there's a bridge with a soldier blocking it.

Why I cannot access Journal , Encyclopedia and others . I just start playing after 1 year and I reinstall the mod.

all I can say is uninstall and reinstall as troubleshoots
as I am not the most tech savvy person
edit: do make sure to keep your save files outside the game folder when doing so

Should be today in late afternoon or evening, if no is within first week of March at limit
Can you change species and cg options during games or if you want to have new cg you have to start over?
