I'll be honest, I ended up throwing everything else at it before trying the advanced options. I triple checked the RTP was up to date, I added the .dll files into the folder (I used both the RGSS102e and the RGSS104e) as I remembered RPGMaker games that needed them in the past and I used the compatibility troubleshooter and tried to open the game with the recommended settings.
Some combination of those worked, though some might have missed the mark.

are you using the improvement mod? Because I am and I'm wondering if that's what's causing the issue

No, not using any mod at all, just edited money and stats a bit

i suffered the same, i solved it by using a previous version of the game, before rescuing Lady Farah on the room where you wake up, i saved, used a previous version, rescued Farah, then entered the same room, saved and went back to 3.21

how do you get to Bergville And how do you get into illusian forest.

Bergville is locked until Colussia gets a facelifting and Osira'a big fellow gives you the hint at Colussia castle how to reach that location.

The forest is part of the main story, keep playing.

Then I'm not entirly sure what I"m doing to fix this not all options seem available for win 10 to fix but I tried most of these.

sure, go to Queen's Landing and enter the Tavern... if you have progressed the main story enough that should trigger it.

I need help for some reason the archives of data and graphic don't appear on the unzipped folder, even if the system says that they're are already there but the so not appear even if i enter on the rar folder itself and drag myself the archives
