Thank you for this wonderful explanation.More than likely the .dll file is infected with something and your antivirus automatically threw it into containment, meaning it's unavailable for the program to use. Check your antivirus' vault. Since you ignored the post directly above yours which even had a nice big picture of the problem, I'll state it directly:
DO NOT USE THE GOFILE (and maybe other) VERSION THAT LISTS ITSELF AS V3.27BETA, USE 3.26.
As the post prior to yours said, the vr3.26 does not have this issue:
IF however, you're happy to ignore this warning, you need to be running a version of RPGmaker over 104e. i.e in the genuine D/L you will have two folders in the d/l; the game & RPGMAKERXP - run it to install a new version before running the game. Time for MetalOwl and TamadaHeijun to replace SethxZoe then.There're tons of other good artists too (Donaught, euD, Akazai, Ecoas, Kunaboto, Mikiron, Ao Madousi), I'm ok with any of them replacing SethxZoe, I'd rather fap to their artstyles than Sparrow's lmfao.
If people can get (comparably-good) CG faster => Gabe has to think of more story to implement CGs, then I think it's worth the trade.
This game never ends... There's only so much you can milk a cow.

A shame, really. Their artstyle was by far the best option and I just can't get into Sparrow's art. It's all subjective, of course.
Look at the specific settings of the game and make sure that only the options of Prebuilt Path Cache; Faster Path enumeration; Smooth Scaling; Use Ruby and CJK Font are "On"

Hello, I am sorry if this was asked before, I tried searching for my question and didn't get any results. I left the game in beta 3.24 and the last thing I remember was leaving queen's landing (after the beatrix scene in the tavern). What should I do next to catch up with the story?

The reason the artist still "work" with gabe is because his updates are so glacial that they can do whatever they want in between, and when he needs artwork he just commissions like a regular person. Also the artists don't suffer from burnout from working on a project too long.I'm not even surprised by Gabe's snail speed anymore, what truly impresses me is how all the artists still have patience to stay with Gabe all this time, especially fucking Sparrow lmfaooo
