Are the modules in OP no longer usable? Will this game become very difficult to play if mods are not used?

Improvement mod will either softlock you or flatout crash the game. it's not recommended to use and no, there won't be any updates for that mod unless the old creator comes back for a miracle or someone else works on it.

The game is usable without mods but some of them make things less annoying. There's always hope Gabe will add them at some point but I wouldn't count on it.

Because you only have female party members with you while being a male (besides Craiden, who is male too but super briefly with you in the very beginning of the game) that act as a harem. You also have a few NTR moments, not sure why you think both things can't be a thing together.

Understood. Female members will always be in MC's team, no matter what they do, just like in the harem, not the original harem. I haven't started playing the game yet. Is this understanding okay?

You can also get more party members than you can have at the same time in the party. It's always you + 3 females max, depending on story progression and situation.

You can basically prepare for any battle if you know what you are up against either my retrying a fight or having a second playthrough.
