You need the ART GALLERY item. Earliest you can find them is at equipment shops in Colussia, but you can find other stores selling it later in Brightstone and Kahr.
Once you bought it, access it in Quick Menu with A.
Need small help.
I tried to do "Wood Squirrels" quest (the one that capture 3-5 of them) I have a snare trap and go to locations where the quest tells but I found no any squirrels nowhere in both 2 locations, did I miss or skip something?

At the very least once.
This is the Tavern Wench challenge which unlocks automatically.
Gabrielle's pic here is the third and highest variant, you get it if you have changed enough posters in the world to an ad for her challenge and have at least done the challenge a few times.
Bal'Rana's is essentially the same but I dont know if its the the highest variant or the middle one.
After Bal'Rana joins your team and you have rescued Farah from the harpies go back to Skalheim's tavern (dunno if it has to be at night) and you unlock her tavern wench challenge. Then change posters to her and have her compete, thats it.

You have to visit a tavern at night to start the tavern wrench challenge. The more posters you replace (wanted posters of you, Black Dame or Laquadia in the streets and sometimes in the building of towns and villages) with tavern wrench ones the more cash you will earn.
Later you can also place posters for Bal'Rana, just replace them if Gabrielle is already promoted.

Not too far, after Beatrix lets you go after the Highlord gathering in the Imperial Manor.
If you go to Colussia's tavern after that you might find a familiar face.
Warning: It's missable, you have to "take advantage" of her and don't "offer to take her home".
If you got it it then is unlockable in the gallery, yes.

Could be, just stated it from my memory. As far as I know you got two choices in that conversation and I just remembered "dont take her home ".
i am sure but i cant prove it to you because i cant open the game, not even the older versions. i reinstalled the rpg maker bu it didnt help
