Gabrielle and Bal'Rana. Iirc adult Farah (the real one) is also interested in participating but this isn't an option yet.

I've seen Sparrow's art with Stella, but this option has not been implemented yet, I guess.

Gabrielle, Bal'rana, Lady Farah, Laquadia are currently available.
Stella and that small fairy (daughter of Celestia, I forgot the name) will come in the next update, I think (since the art is already there in the game 3.16). Dunno the last one, havent seen the art yet.
There are also some new sprite sex scenes (room invite) for Osira, Opala and that Joker girl (also forgot the name lol).
Gabe said there will be new contents with Osira, maybe that one, and after that you can fuck Osira and Opala, I guess so.
Dunno about the girls in the castle but if they dont get Art scenes, then there would probably sprite sex.
Either way, one thing for sure is that this game will surely take at least another 5-7 years to finish lol.
And people will say its near 2030 and this game using RPG XP still hasnt been finished

Happened to me too while using the improvement mod. You should be able to use a autosave file though. Saving and loading can cause some stupid bugs sometimes.
Afaik you have to find as many shrines as possible to insert wiener.

The first one is the one that lead to the option to unlock her in Tavern Wench Challenge (the one that she describes how she "played" with 2 horse cocks), which I bet 90% people would encounter. This one requires Layla being recruited to work in your castle as the waitress on the 2nd floor.
The second one, which is kinda useless, and never appears unless player miss all the shit in the gameplay to improve the relationship with her, and hasn't recruited Layla yet.
