I can't believe SweGabe used different art styles depending on the main character. That must be a nightmare to manage. Is that consistent through the game or does one art style end after a while?

I haven't played in a while, but is international the really pretty one with an anime-ish style? I think, SSethxZoe or something? What the hell, seeing their art, especially in the later parts of the game, was an absolute explosion of joy and semen for me... Darn...

IDK if this is something that can be done, but would it be possible to remove the improvement and cheat mods from the first page, as they both completely break the game and the save that goes with them. It seem counterproductive to keep them there when it's known that they break the game, while newer players will be unlikely to know this and install them only to corrupt their save.
Again not sure if its a "#suckstosuck" situation with unofficial mods or if it's something that can be done as a QoL for new players.

So quick question, but where can I buy the different parts for the fishing rod
I am still missing the line and the floater and I have no idea where to find them.
That is the only thing that stops me from finishing the quartet questline.

Where can I find the Golden Beetleblade? The guide tells me that they are dropped by golden enemies, but I can't find them.

You need to trade some Beetlebaldes tokens for the upgrade that highlights the golden enemies, until then they just look like normal enemies, the best place to farm the initial tokens is the Crimson Forest. The mushroom that has the Golden Beetleblade is about 3 screens in from the beginning and is one of the only mobs on it's screen so you can run back and forth to the Overworld to reset it.
They spawn randomly replacing a normal enemy when you enter a map. Google it there is a map with which enemies they replace so you can just spam check for them.
It breaks once you get past whatever version it was finished on (try fishing in port rond), so not too deep into the game. The problem is once it breaks it your save is cooked so you have to restart. That is why I was wondering if it could be removed, LOQO:O is not short so losing 6+ hours and having to redo it would deter most people, especially as the redo would require no improvement mod and thus drastically slow down the game on re-run.

open file Game.ini, change RGSS102E.dll to RGSS104E.dll, it could also be 103E, try them one by one.
You can only fish at the points with the fishing sign post. Click the sign post to start.
When the bar is in the green zone, you need to press the arrow key for the opposite direction that the slider is moving.
If the slider is moving left, hit the right button when it goes in the green zone.
If the slider is moving right, hit the right button when it goes in the green zone.
Don't press and hold, just tap the button. The slider will bounce away when you click, wait for it to go back in the green zone to click again. If you hold your click for too long in the green zone, it will fail since the slider is moving in the opposite direction from your click.
