While spend hours modding this shit I realized what Gabe does in 1-2 months, I can do within 1 week.
Clearly Gabe is using artist's popularity (not Gabe themselves since nobody really gives a fuck about pixel art and some basic ass RPG XP code), to exploit and drain patrons' wallet.
Mofo said this shit would be finished by the end of the year. And what lmfao, it is near 10th month of the year, and there is only 1 week that was about story update, fuck.

:LUL: Tho I'm still impressed there are some people in here hyped for some random crappy blog posts every single week, although there is no new shit lol.

Maybe we should abandon this shit until it's finished and update mod/walkthrough by then lmfaoooo

I respect that you made the mod to begin with man thanks, and I just post the blog because I think it gives folks who might be new here a better understanding of the "progress" being made in the development. I wish someone posted it weekly back when I first started so I could see that the progress is almost nonexistent. Trust me I'm not hyped for any of these unless a new SethXZoe version is dropping, which still only keeps my attention when I replay the scene and then I just save the pic from the files and move on.

Is this any closer to being finished? I have started and restarted this game countless of times in the eons it has been in development and can't be arsed to do it again until I can play through in one go.

'AI artist' is an oxymoron.
Either you made it or the AI made it... there is no such thing as "i did it using the AI".

"but i prompted it" If you really believe AI really does work as a normal artist (it does not and it is ethically dubious, but i won't get into it) then you must understand that this is the equivalent of simply hiring an artist and telling him exactly what you want and what style you want him to emulate... yet if you do that you'd just say you "hired an artists to do this", the artist is still the person who did it, you just prompted him.... same with the AI, the fact that you prompted it doesn't mean you did it, the machine did it.

So yeah, i stand with you in here, claiming "credit" for AI art is absurd.

Also... after several month of wait we finally have the fishing mini-game guys! aren't you happy? it's been almost two years since the last big boss story fight that propelled the story forward! aren't you satisfied?
