Apparently according to Gabe, Sethxzoe has been MIA since Jan this year, so the decision was made to fire him from the project and replace his CGs with a new artist who hasn't been decided yet. Hard to really say LoQO has a dev team though tbh when Gabe merely just comissions artists for the art.

I particularly enjoy the Laquadia set he did, but it'll take a while to get used to it in the game. It's a good pick though I'll say.
I try downloading the one in the Installation spoiler/ both of the RGP included in the file, also try running them with Locale Emulator but none seems to be working. Anyone has a solution for it?

You probably haven't killed enough mobs to make him spawn. 30 of each species (no matter if you fight one, two or three of them at the same time in a battle, it always counts as one) must be killed before you get the vanquisher title that spawns the boss monster somewhere in the world.
