Though, I kinda wish Kythe just stayed dead, it would have been an impactful, dramatic event serving to fuel protagonist's conviction in his cause.

Yeah same here. The story of the game did get sidetracked by a decade but at the same time the game looks very little like it did from even Episode 3 in 2019 and I love seeing the characters and the LoQO world in general.

This does make me wonder if there will be a LoQO III (or IV) if Gabe hasn't burned at this point because man I do want to see a conclusion to the plotlines from II.

I think Gabe has let it slip a couple of times what the next game would be about. That's when we will finally get to visit the Land of Savages or whatever it's actually called by it's citizens I can't remember that. And maybe playing as a female MC, which I always say fits better witch what Gabe actually wants the story to be about, sluts getting raped or fucking animals and monster, instead of a male MC which fits with the games starting out as something inspired by old school adult JRPGs self-insert power fantasy.

make the MC a monster directly to reconcile both aspect. That gnoll that captured Gabrielle back in the second game had a funnier story than whatever happened in the main plot of that game. Make it about growing your monster gang, capturing girls and taking over the world one dicking at a time

Is it bugged since you can't open all the chests in the final room ?

Ok I 100% agree on that, out of everything in the game that was what I disliked the most. I honestly would've have fucked her if she was a dog humanoid to begin with but making us fuck her after having her as a regular dog companion is really disturbing to me.

Since many of the girls will now be living in Devon's harem, the story with them will no longer make sense. It's possible the next game will be without many characters from the previous games. Perhaps we'll get a completely new title.

If you're talking about Land of Savages, it could be a prequel when Vhazar was a warlord.

Prequals are fun sometimes... it lets you see where the characters came from and why they are how they are.

No, young Farah time-travel shenanigans and the third game being called Origins instead of Opala III is bad enough leading to people with zero reading comprehension and/or media literacy asking what order your supposed play the games in or if you can play this one without the first two games is bad enough. Through in an actual prequal and the amount of internet induced rage at reading other peoples stupidity will get me to finally to stop reading this thread, if not forever then at least for a long time. It's happened before with at least two games on this site and might happen again in the future with this and another game.
