1) yes and no. The dev feels when it is important to add more content - he adds

2) The dev progress the game at his own pace and does not bow to pressure or money - he is chilling until the end of time

3) some update gets more content or some less.

No. This takes place after LOQO 2, so the release order IS the chronological order. The "Origin" part has not been explained as of yet (I think), although there have been quite a few hints already.
