Figured it out myself: If anyone else is having the same problem, you only get the softlock if you enter Luminessa from the world map. If you go in through the crystal, it works, but it's an old version that doesn't work quite right. You have to go to the gate of the Divine Palace on the far north end, interact with it, and then it'll rewind the story to before you got on the ship. Proceed as normal and it'll work when you reach Luminessa again.
(It says as much in the changelog.txt file, but it wasn't clear to me that you had to use the crystal to get to the divine gate in the first place.)
One more thing, I assume the lost stashes in Fellhorn Ruins, Windy Canyon, and Fierra Falls (below) are inaccessible for now:

I should have done quotes. Ohh well. I have a semi updated map on the Wiki. There really isn't a world map but with LoQO 2 and this I should be able to make a 65% accurate one.
Quick question, is it possible to not accept certain characters. In other words, are we able to say "I do not want you" to e.g Gabrielle or the Pirate queen, etc?
If that I already have Quill of Choice and I was in the Hall of Memories. (Sorry for my English)
I believe the only one you don't have to get is the Pirate Queen.
I don't think the Quill works yet. I couldn't get it to work.

Gabrielle is mandatory, Pirate Queen is optional and Steel Demoness in the future is optional as well. All others are gonna stick around till the endgame.

I've got Gabrielle, Beatrix, Laquadia, and Masquerade. I'm, pretty sure that's all of them you can get without editing your save file (there are some trading cards that are unobtainable but are implemented, haven't tried to see if you can get more animations that way).

Yea, there have been some smaller ones that show everything, BUT, that's about as good as it is.
BUT, on the other hand, I have a full sized one that I use with my Adventure Aid program.
This is the same size as what you see in the game. Yep, all 22.8MB of 9591x 6401 pixels!
"In the game" I don't think you can, however, You "can" make changes with SGEdit, BUT, editing your save MAY break your save file. So "use at your own risk!"
