The 5 star reviews might just be a respect thing for the Japanese. That or Dlsite is manipulating the reviews to influence people to buy the games.

What is your latest "message" in the phone app? Does it tell you to "Expand your view" by spying through the vent? That would make the MC realize they can see more because one of the boxes is gone, so he'll ask the store clerk to buy the rest of the stuff. Try talking to her after picking up the trash to see if you can buy all the signs now.
If your phone doesn't have the message then it COULD be that you shouldn't have messed with the sensitivity (completely unnecessary to cheat it, imo, since you will build it up quickly just by watching the H-scenes twice a day), however I'm not sure the trigger is actually linked to reaching a certain sensitivity. It is possible though, since originally one of the areas only unlocked if you got 4k money the "legit way".
For future reference, "not feeling like typing what you did" is actually very counter-productive when you're requesting help. Breaking down what you did, what your current state is, what the game tells you, etc. will help others skip past those things and suggest things you haven't tried yet.

I sound crazy, talking about the shitty unreal-unity society, but it's out there, same group of people, making en masse games such as project werewulf, knight girl and dungeons, shadow lotus, training space station, darkgate, parasite inside, snowxhime, black amusement park and a lot ALOT More I can't remember.
And people keep falling for them. The bot accounts inflating their reviews based on the same generic "promising possibilities" nothing sandwiches don't help. I already know what they always say. Or simply outright lie.
And now we've got that horrible HORRIBLE kangoku senkan copy going around. Man, we're starved for some games.

This game is decent , if you click on the the game logo (inside the square) 50 times if I am not wrong , then load your save and click either the coin or the token and you can increase both by alot , and you just bypassed both the money and gacha grind xD.
Checking your messages gives you an idea of what you should be doing , If you can call her to the park dont forget to do it on all places at least once (two of the items you will get on the hotel room). When you can call her on the morning also try do do it in all places at least once.
For being someones first game this is not bad.

yea, i agree the game's grindy as hell and all but overall its pretty damn good for a dev's first work, i mean, the quality is insane and it could do with a couple more qol features and such, plus adding some more girls besides the fmc but like i said it's definitely not a bad or boring game at all in my opinion
Agree bro. Took me 4 hours to finish the whole game with true ending, easier with rich mode but still, those mini game were annoyingly af, especially that shitty karate chop
