It seems I'm also stuck in the part you need to talk to the thugs with the panda mask as the only option is to fight them again. If anyone knows what the trigger for the conversation is, please let me know.

Stuck on H scene in bathroom, maybe because I used cheat engine to change body sensitivity? Kept changing body sensitivity value and the love gauge changed but still stuck. No buttons seem to do anything.

You bought the wrestler mask right? The other masks are for the thugs later.
Did you do the scenes inside the store? It might not be clear at a glance but you can leave the alley after calling her.
Try "checking" the wrestler mask in your room, next to the bed. Or buy the Antique A phone so you can do the scene.
You'll have to be a bit more clear about what you mean with being stuck. H scenes advance when you click the floating pink hearts, you don't need to change the body sensitivity for anything except triggering the scene.

Make her cum in the train, then go to the park and follow her. Then you'll need to spy through the vent of the store so you can ask them about "Closed for cleaning" signs... it costs 5k, after you have the sign you can follow her again. But you'll get a bad ending if you don't get the Wrestler Mask and Antique A phone first. So save if you want to see that ending.

Try that. As long as you've made her cum once, you shouldn't have trouble if you use the "heartbeats" well. Sometimes you can even follow her a bit to delay the Lost gauge but then quickly turn back so you can hide before the third heartbeat. Then follow her again.
If you haven't made her cum at least once, then the first trailing will always be a failure, don't worry about it.
