It seems you need to be max level in Karate if you want to stop that from happening. If you're only level 3 you're too weak to intervene.

If you could do a search in the thread you'd see that you need the mask AND the antique phone A. Without those you can't blackmail her while keeping your identity safe. You don't need to manually put it on, either. It will happen automatically before entering the bathroom.
