This premise of the MC wanting to be a cuck but being unwilling to tell her, and her starting to fool around without his permission is great. I'm all for it. Though, I really don't like how annoying the MC is. Everyone's acting very very clearly like they know he has a cuck fetish, like Sabrina told them, and they're doing this for him, hinting and teasing about it, to an extreme and silly degree after a while. Which is fine, I guess, though I'd have prefered a plot more like she was actually cheating and Sabrina was the only one who knew the MC was into it and feeding him all the secret details.
If you meant it to be a story of cheating, woah buddy, you missed the mark. They're being overbearingly obvious about teasing the MC about it. It's not a secret.
The character writing is just a little too stupid. I want to love it, but it's difficult.

That could be interesting if everyone knows about his fetish, specially his girlfriend. That might be a good theory. But so far, we are all in the dark, but the game is called "lending my NTR girlfriend", so I might assume that the girlfriend maybe doesn't even know about the fetish of her boyfriend. The MCs best friend knows about it, but she maybe never mentioned it to anyone EXCEPT maybe the bull of the game. This on the other hand would be a theory too, that he knows and goes towards stealing the MCs girl. This and the fact that the friend of the MC plays a double game, she maybe wants that the bull steals the girlfriend of MC so she can become his new girlfriend because she might have a hidden crush on him.

There's a part where the segs is interrupted because she came while riding him? Girls recover much quicker than bois (around 10 secs) so that's not canon

If this was the case, then it'd make even less sense for the girlfriend to gaslight the MC that she isn't cheating on him. Because if MC wants to be cucked, and the girlfriend etc "just want to give him what he wants" then being told/humiliated about it would be very much an important part of that fantasy. As opposed to acting all "no that's just in your head, silly".

I'm not saying it's impossible, but if this is the case it'd mean then it's not just MC who is acting like idiot, but the entire cast.

Man, my ass hasn't burned this much in a long time. The MC is very stupid (I understand that in this genre it should be the norm, but here he is incredibly stupid), the girl is an infantile slut who at first hates this "friend", then suddenly sucks off the boyfriend's friend (which is not justified in any way, she just completely changes her attitude overnight) sends this guy more open and depraved selfies than to her boyfriend and pretends to be an innocent fool, saying "everything is fine" and "I love you more than anyone".
Damn, there is so much stupidity here that I can't stay in this game for more than 5 minutes.
This is not even NTR, it is a total mockery of logic and common sense.
Out of all the bunch of similar games, this is clearly the worst. It would be better if the author copied the plot of absolutely any similar game or copied the plot of an any erotic novel - yes, it is not original, but at least there would be some logic.
So, this game is being ignored for sure.
