It's more the line between what is a good idea to have fun and share with someone... That backfires a little for the MC when it becomes a bit more than they thought.
Except sharing implies either the GF or Michael are aware of the consent of the MC beforehand - which they explicitly are not, and all signs kinda indicate the interest was there prior to the story - considering she greets him at the door in a towel and blows him within a few hours with no communication to the MC aside from gaslighting and sideways remarks about how well she thanked him.
Also doesn't seem to be much sharing when she makes you beg her boytoy for nudes and berates you into ignoring her moaning his name.
honestly after reading this i genuinely would not be surprised if it came out that the fmc and Michael are in a relationship prior to her meeting the mc and her getting with the mc is weird fetish those two have cooked up to spice up there sex life and the mc is essentially a victim of wrong place wrong timeYeah, I agree with FickenPlayen. At first the game was (what I call) retardedly hot. Like, yes, the start of the story is all around stupid, but man did it scratch that "oops, sorry, never done this for you" itch. No BS stuff like "oh no, why did I do that", just pure sluttiness, which is, ironically, refreshing in the NTR scene. And it was like that up until whole chef chapter. Then it just got retarded. Not hot. Not even funny, just plain stupid. The GF gaslights BF, oops, sorry, the "MC" (because her BF is Michael), the dev also gaslights us that it's not NTR. Truly immersive experience
this would allow help the title make more sense if Michael lends his gf to the mc ( obviously without the mc's knowledge) then Michael gets the mc to lend his actually gf back to him starting the ntr.... but its unlikely to happen as that would make too much sense and that is something that is lacking in this game

From what I've remembered about the early story is that MC is fairly meek and was originally romantically interested in Olivia until he met Emily. Emily was already (a bit of) a slut then (which may explain part of MC's attraction to her, she was very desired and it may have tickled his balls to go after a girl out of his league who could walk into a party and have any man there)
Emily genuinely fell in love with the dorky guy fawning over her and (at the moment) still loves him, but she's still a borderline nympho and more than MC can reasonably handle.
Letting her 'date' their friend just opened the floodgates and lets her indulge in her slutty behavior while MC hides behind his fetish as a reason to let it happen instead of stepping up and dealing with his GF's insatiable needs himself.
Afaik Emily still loves MC but is more and more looking elsewhere for her carnal needs. While there's more to love than just sex, as it is now, MC is quickly losing control of the situation and is too much of a spineless coward to course-correct.

The title of the game literally has NTR in it. Lending my NTR girlfriend. Not entirely sure why comments like this are under the assumption its more NTS than NTR. Moral of this games story is careful what you wish for. If you "share" a girlfriend with another guy, be careful of the consequences. My only issue is the fact of how aware the MC, might of been better if it was more subtle like in NTR Mobile. Where the players knows its happening but not th actual MC.
The issue is the 'Lending' Part, where the game bends over backwards to act like the MC likes the situation.
Also, the GF very much doesn't appear to even like the MC, considering how quickly she and Michael start fucking around and she starts actively humiliating the MC.

Even among all NTR games, the MC of this game is probably the most miserable type. In almost every NTR game, the MC can more or less use his genitals to some extent, but the MC of this game is probably not far from being castrated, as he never has a chance to use them anyway.
