~Eh, even if you don't think it's NTR the FMC is still scum and the MC is pathetic. IMO the more important part is the cheating/straying partners knowledge of the kink - if the partner is cheating knowing that the SO is into it, I.E. doing it for the SO's gratification. Then fundamentally it isn't really infidelity. However, the FMC sucks his dick with no knowledge of the MC's kink, will continue to cheat regardless of the MC's feelings on the matter - Ergo, she's a piece of shit.
Michael sleeps with her with no knowledge that the MC's is into it, Ergo he's a terrible friend and person.
The MC's female friend who introduced Michael to them both did so, and continuously gaslights the MC even if he outright says he isn't into it multiple times, repeatedly references wanting to sleep with the FMC, joins in on escapades, etc. Ergo, she's also a terrible friend and person.

Sorry but, if the MC knows isn't the same and definitly isn't NTR, if you are confortable with that is ok but this need a fix, or the dev change the name of the game because this is NTS (And even if he say in the game there are a NTR path is just NTS disguised like NTR and like I said before BAD, VERY BAD, REAAAALY BAD disguised, the supposed "NTR Route" doesn't exist) or the dev make a change on the story to make a REAL NTR path.
The first option is the laziest option because is just change a letter in the name of the game and that's all.
The second is what the players of this game deserve and need because this game is very good in stoy and art but, if the dev will say "This is a NTR game and have a NTR route and a NTS route" and will separate both routes with options (VERY WELL marked options with letters and a diferent color) he can't after all make the NTR route a NTS route bad disguised like NTR...
I essentially outright said that I don't care if you consider it NTR, before I explained my reasoning and stance on it.
Bluntly reiterating: I don't care if you call it NTR, no matter what you call it I certainly don't really think what's portrayed here is in any way 'sharing' - much less a healthy relationship. Far, far from it. (TBH Any relationship which involves NTR/NTS is probably not really healthy, but even by those standard this one isn't healthy whatsoever.)
I also wouldn't really call it NTR, because NTR implies a serious relationship being stepped outside of - Which I don't see here. No corruption, no respect, no dedication. Gaslighting, no guilt shown whatsoever, no 'slow corruption' - first chance she gets she sucks the dick of a guy she supposedly didn't like, and is willing to hop on stranger dick within an afternoon.

I'm sorry if I didn't explain myself well or you didn't understand me but, I aren't talking about what I thought or feeling or imagined or expected, because this isn't a opinion, is a fact, the definition of a NTR is just:
A girl (FMC/MC) with a relationsip with a man (MC/MMC) and for some reason (more or less logic) the girl fu... with other man (generally with some relationship with the man or the girl or the around of them) that's all.
In this case we have the girl, the man, the other man, the situation, the only thing that must change is the moment that the friend of the MC (Sabrina) show's to the MC the photo of the girl (Emily) doing a blowjob to the MC's friend (Michael) if the dev change or remove that moment (if he remove that moment better) and of corse the other parts that shows the MC knowing what is happening with the girl, the game can be a NTR.
And the NTR genere no need a deep relationship between the girl and the man, just a relationship and sometimes not even are a relationship (I lost the amount of mangas, comics, animes and videogames in what the MC haven't a relationship with the FMC, for example, a story of the man that was wanting confess his love to a girl and his bully take her first and become her in his slut)
Regarding what you say about the corruption of the FMC I'm agree in part, in this topic of the game I think the Dev need add more context of how the FMC and MC are like a couple, for example, if she was unsatisfied from the begining in the context of the game and the genere is "normal" what happened next.
And I agree too regarding what you said about the relationships with NTS/NTR in them, over all with the NTR (Because if was NTS at least there are consent of both parts and is less toxic)
