Ah yes SakuraGame again. Just be warned, anything from them is bound to be machine translated and tend to be buggy as fuck, that's how they publish their translations quickly. Go support Chiakisan/Rakushun/Kagura Games instead for properly done translations. I would've played this had I not realised that it was SakuraGame that did the translations.

You must use winrar 5.5 or 5.6, then open the "Les Fleusword.rar", go to options -> name encoding -> and select Japanese, then unzip the folder of the game.
At least worked for me.
[edit] I use Locale emulator too my friend.
