I'm trying to run this game with the fan translation, and I keep getting the file not found error for an image set, which is an rpgm file and not a png file. Does anyone have the file on hand?

You must use winrar 5.5 or 5.6, then open the "Les Fleusword.rar", go to options -> name encoding -> and select Japanese, then unzip the folder of the game.
At least worked for me.
[edit] I use Locale emulator too my friend.
