Yes, it's incredibly broken even without old save files. Seems to be a lot of issues related to using a controller.
It's not just the CPU. Her previously very damaging special stomach punch move now does next to no damage but all her submission hold type moves (including whatever you give her) do massive damage.
The game is buggy and broken in this state. I could not get past a round without all manner of bugs happening, sadly. Disappointing since I have pretty high hopes for this game, as well.
It's a disapointing update for me as well. Numerous bugs including softlocks has just made for a really bad experience.
And tbh this didn't even feel like it was much of a worthwhile release anyway as there's hardly anything new from what I can see.

0.41b is the latest update. Though it is heavily bugged so a version 0.42 is probably gonna be released in sometime December.

Since I always play as her, I didn´t notice her being stronger

Do you use a new fresh savefile then?
Read the dev notes/changelog. He specifically says not to use old saves.
Yeah the CPU enemies in free mode are unbeatable. They hard counter like clockwork on the third normal punch.

Can you mod that the girls use 90% H moves too?
That feels like the most work to buy and replace all their moves in every update

It is good if it is one as I haven't been able to load a fight in the update other than the tutorial.
