the fix archive contains "game" folder, so maybe locating the same folder in the extracted LWT-1.0-pc and overwriting?
Keiko story will start after some time, when, while at home, Tracy asks you to drive her to the office because her car is broken. Not sure about the stats needed, my relationship with her was around 500. BTW. you shouldn't be able to enter the office without Tracy asking you to drive her there first, fix1 was fixing that.
Keiko mentioned above, basement is pretty much the same, one day, at home, Lisa asks you, if you considered renovating the basement, she knows a guy and so on, again, not sure about the stats needed, I had like 1000+ with her.

I know that Coco is a part of this WHOLE expansion. They've displayed on the blog that American Sunset is not yet complete, and they have yet to finish the parts with Dominique and Coco. IDK if there will be any other scenes with Tracy or Lisa though.
Yeah we'll find out soon enough I guess. I suspect the best option might be to wait for both LWT1 and LWT2 rebuilds to be done and then mod LWT2 to be playable as kind of a repeatable expansion to LWT1. That way we'd have the ability to get FFM threesomes with Tracy/Lisa, Lisa/Gabrielle, Tracy/(other guy's wife, can't remember her name), etc.
