I attempted to make a make-shift version for any of you brave soul wanting to try.
However, beware since I have literally no idea how to mod Ren'Py games, I only managed to altered the codes enough to show the scenes if it is a NEW GAME SAVE. Please be reminded that this WILL MESS UP YOUR CURRENT SAVE and lock all scenes you have managed to unlock and will only show scenes that you haven't yet unlocked. Pretty dumb idea I know but it's effective if you just want to have a quick look at the locked scenes.
P/S: Just practice version control and keep your original screens.rpy file if possible.

Since I've had more time to actually go through the codes, I have a better understanding of how it operates now.
The attached screens.rpy should not mess with your saves anymore. Instead all events and replays will be unlocked regardless of if it is a new save or a current one.
However, please keep a copy of your original screens.rpy as a back-up. I've done quite a bit of bug fixing while trying to manipulating this file but I can't guarantee that some of you won't run into any errors with it.
P/S: If you notice a replay or event is missing please let me know which one I probably can go back and check for it. The sheer amount of events, scenes and replays in this game is just massive so I might have missed something somewhere.

You can either do Ctrl+A to copy and replace the content with what is already in your screens.rpy, or alternatively just right click the content in the new window and use "Save Page As" or something similar depending on your browser.
If you are using IDM, you can also right click the file here and select "Download with IDM". Either of these ways will require you to rename the file back to screens.rpy
Similar to ponpon189's version. Just download and extract to the 'game' folder. Adds the gallery to the main menu as well. As always make sure to back up the original screens.rpy, just in case.
Due to the way that Selebus has coded the gallery, this mod will not work with the Guide/Progress mod by cckerberos and probably won't unless something drastic changes.

Not at all, glad it can help people. This game is not an easy one to mod correctly and can take a long time to get right. It's not surprising OEJ seems to have taken a step back from it for a little while.Tested it - seems to work without any issues!

Since the v17 gallery unlocker mod is done with the screens.rpy file, and the Progress and Guide mod also includes a modded screens.rpy file, does this mean we have to choose between these mods?
