After this update
I have heard theories connecting each girl and side girl to Akira through his brother, Sekai, the accident, etc. In some way or another. (Some of them outrageous with a near 0 possibility of being true, but still it exists)
Except one girl
Haruka
She's got no connection theory at all that I've heard.
Just a coffee shop owner married to a guy that is in the space war.

Probably not actually her, but there is a pink haired girl in the upside down house, that has different pink hair than Noriko, so I theorized a while back that Haruka could have been that girl in some way, and I suppose "Papa" who seems related to the house could be Nozomu, which means there's possibly some relation to Sensei. Haruka could have been (or perhaps still is) part of the Nozomu cult shit and the upside house stuff. Not to mention may have been having sex with Nozomu who was possibly Sara's teacher, behind her back, similar to how she'll have sex with Sensei behind her husband's and Sara's back.

Besides that though, Haruka's importance isn't really clear at all. No kids, and besides being friends with Sara and Maki, and being somewhat a predatorial guardian to Rin and Molly, she doesn't really have much going on with her.

All that talk about the girl's heights got me feeling bummed out no one with the character cards hangs around here any more, one them, if willing, would've been able to load them up into Koikatsu and line them up for us.

Oh, it is the first name drop for Yuko, I think, but the context around the name being dropped is related to most of the house stuff that shows up.

Besides being loved by the person that loves Lavender, always being busy saving someone else, and apparently screaming when finding the corpse of the one who loves Lavender, not much else was said about Yuko, by Nodoka.

It kind of reminds me of Osako and Wakana though. Osako is loved by Wakana, but was busy helping Molly when Wakana overdosed, and Wakana seems to love lavender.

I theorized about it a little. Nothing concrete though.

Never really understood how these cards work, how is the information stored in the image? Like, is the locations of the patterns the key or can the program really just read everything off of a flat version of the character model?

I've never imagined it before, despite numerous opportunities to do so now that i look back at it with hindsight, but being of very average height, the range of swivel i need to see like 99% of people is right within the range of 'comfortable' so it never occurred to me how things would be for the very tall or short but you're right, based purely on that image i can feel phantom pain in my own neck.

I've always wondered how they make koikatsu fanarts in the discord, but it turns out most of their creators are lowkey mods and admins

I knew there was someone who used to post the koikatsu cards, I only see Maya tho.

Okay, just finished the update, and new theory (for me, anyway, I haven't read absolutely every post, and I haven't been on the discord):

Amy is the reason for the loops, and maybe even has some control over them. She broke the world (somehow) or created what's going on, or whatever, to ensure she always has her beloved uncle. The reason Akira was not himself on other loops from Maya's perspective is because he was wiped in response to trying to escape (either Amy, or the loops entirely, or some combination of both).

Just an interesting possibility that came to mind at the end of the update content.
