Considering the subject matter I think it's the don't tell anyone talk. Still unsure what angle he's going for here. I imagine Chinami's going to be as consenting as a Wizard can be, and Tsukasa is just basically groomed.
The first three girls are from Nothing is Beautiful, and Kyoko and Ai are referenced as residents of the upside down house both in game and on the twitter. Balaam the prophet is a mystery, however.
I think there's one other time that Balaam has been indirectly referenced, and maybe it will give a clue to his (or her?) identity. When a panicking Ami calls Sensei from the old district, there's a flashback to the bus ride backwards and a narrator says they're giving us a "password".
The 23:19 on the negative image could be a bible verse, especially given the following discussion of God. As it happens, there are actually two verses of that number with connections to LiL, and I'm guessing Sel intended to refer to both of them.
Numbers 23:19 is by far the top result if you search for "bible 23:19". It's a message from God that is spoken by the prophet Balaam and has similar themes to the bus ride discussion.
Exodus 23:19 gives an injunction forbidding cooking a kid (goat) in its mother's milk.
I also have a question: do we have any idea what password the narrator is referring to? This happens before the reset with Ami's laptop password "mom", which I never figured out how we were supposed to know without guessing, so maybe it's that - but how are we supposed to get "mom" out of the image? "23:19 -> Exodus -> mother's milk -> mom" seems far too convoluted, but I can't think of anything else.
These last posts talking about the upside down house and characters I have very little idea about is making me think I am missing so much lore from somewhere. Is there like a parody twitter account or a prequel to this game?
Oh just discovered his other game Nothing Is Beautiful and it has those same characters, should I play it to understand more or is there some lore speculation I'm missing in this thread that expands on the Upside Down house discussion?
Speaking of other accounts just found Selebus's Pixiv account and while he hasn't posted since Jan 2023 there is a lot of what I'm assuming request art on there, looks like I got a new place too browse for a bit, never thought about some of the scenario posted there, though his last Sara, Haruka and Tsuenyo pics are a bit eh.

Most of us haven't played Nothing is Beautiful, it is unfinished. I mean, it certainly will add some info, but the essentials are that Yuu (Akira's/Sekai's father) is the player, and his love interests are Miu (Sekai's mother), Saki (Akira's mother) and Reina. All info is info I guess, but it isn't needed to understand LiL.
The upside down house is from LiL. It is a recurring tv show/movie, and sometimes a dream, about 5 girls in a boarded up house. What sets it apart from other LiL lore is that it seems disconnected from our characters/current events (TERMINAL 23). Recently we had confirmation that TERMINAL 22 is the world where Yuu was still young and Miu was pregnant with Sekai. Nao-chan also says that it's Akira's home (meaning that Akira himself is not from 23 originally, but from 22). What that means exactly isn't clear yet.
Aditionally, we don't know if the house by the lake is the upside down house. The house by the lake is relevant because it's referenced as where "everything began long before Akira was born". This would fit with the overall events known about the upside down house, and TERMINAL 22 is a house by the lake. But this still needs confirmation.
